Northern Residents Complain About Lack of Access to Energy and Electricity

RASC: A number of residents of Parwan, Kapisa, Panjshir and Kohdaman provinces met with the Acting Minister of Water and Energy of the Taliban group and said that they are complaining about the lack of access to energy and electricity.

The Ministry of Water and Energy of the Taliban group said this Tuesday morning (16 Khordad/Georgia) that the elders of the mentioned provinces shared their problems and suggestions with the Acting Minister of Water and Energy regarding the lack of access to electricity.

The Acting Director of the Ministry of Water and Energy of the Taliban told them that their problems will be taken care of by this ministry considering the available facilities.

With the Taliban gaining power in Afghanistan, the people of northern provinces have been discriminated against by this group.
