Karzai: Iran Is a Close Neighbor and Supporter of Afghanistan

RASC News Agency: Hamid Karzai, the former President of Afghanistan, in a recent statement underscored the deep historical and cultural ties between the two countries, describing Iran as a close neighbor and steadfast ally of Afghanistan.
