RASC News Agency: The Afghanistan Freedom Front has announced that its “fighters” recently launched an attack on Taliban members in Kabul. According to a statement released by the Freedom Front on Thursday, June 13, the attack occurred last night at a Taliban checkpoint near the Chahar Rah-e Tahiye Maskan area in Kabul’s fourth security district.

The statement from the anti-Taliban group reported that the attack resulted in the death of one Taliban member and the injury of another. The Freedom Front did not provide information on whether its forces or civilians were harmed in the attack, and the Taliban have not commented on the incident.

Previously, both the Freedom Front and the National Resistance Front have reported attacks on Taliban members and positions, claiming casualties among Taliban ranks in various provinces. Earlier, sources from Panjshir Province indicated that the Taliban, fearing renewed clashes, had dispatched fresh troops to areas in Shotul and Onaba.
