RASC News Agency: Local Taliban officials from Parwan province have announced that three individuals lost their lives and two others were injured as a result of a traffic accident on the outskirts of this province. Fazlurrahim Meskenyar, the spokesperson for the Taliban’s security command in Parwan, stated that the incident occurred last Friday night, April 12th, in the Rabat area of Bagram district in this province.

According to this official, the accident occurred as a result of a collision between a speeding passenger car and a cargo truck, resulting in five casualties. Traffic accidents have previously claimed the lives of several individuals and injured others in some provinces. In the latest incident, seven individuals lost their lives as a result of a traffic accident in Takhar.

The carelessness of drivers, road defects, non-compliance with traffic laws, impassable roads, speeding, and drivers’ unfamiliarity with certain routes are among the reasons cited for traffic accidents.
