RASC News Agency:Local sources from Khost province report that two women lost their lives, and three children were injured as a consequence of a house roof collapsing due to heavy rain in the vicinity of the province. Sources informed the media on Saturday, Mar 2, that the incident occurred following dinner last night in the village of Kharluti in the Zazi Maidan district of this province.
According to sources, all the victims of this incident belong to one family. They further mentioned that the injured individuals have been transferred to the hospital, with one of them reported to be in critical condition. Additionally, the security command media office of the Taliban group in Ghor province announced that a man in the village of Chaghmban in the Pasaband district of this province lost his life due to the cold weather yesterday.
According to information from the Taliban command in Ghor province, this individual lost his life after being stranded in the snow, succumbing to the cold weather. It is noteworthy that the spokesperson of the Ministry of State for Incident Management of the Taliban group previously announced that nine people have lost their lives in several provinces of the country as a result of recent rains.
This revelation coincides with recent heavy snowfall in several provinces of the country, leading to loss of life and the death of a considerable number of livestock.
