RASC News Agency: Fazl-Ahmad Manawi, Afghanistan’s former Minister of Justice, recently commented on the “recent executions by the Taliban group,” asserting that if the Taliban’s rule persists, it will lead to significant bloodshed, and the tyrannical reign of this group must be terminated.

He articulated this standpoint on Tuesday, Feb 27, via a message on the social media platform X, emphasizing that the massacres carried out by the Taliban under the pretext of retribution raise suspicions. In his message, Manawi further highlighted that the Taliban disregard human life when they commit killings, aiming to instill fear and terror among the populace.

He emphasized, “The Taliban courts lack legitimacy and necessary standards, and if the Taliban rule persists, there will be considerable bloodshed.” These remarks coincide with reports from sources in Jowzjan Province to the media on Tuesday, stating that the Taliban group executed a murder suspect in a stadium in the city of Sheberghan, the capital of the province.

The Taliban Supreme Court corroborated this information by issuing a newsletter, confirming that this verdict was endorsed by Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of this group. Moreover, on Thursday, Feb 22, the Taliban group also executed two murder suspects in a stadium in the center of Ghazni Province with a similar verdict.
