RASC News Agency: Zia Ahmad Takal, the deputy spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban group, recently made a claim regarding the group’s contact with 40 Afghanistan embassies abroad. The report from the Bakhtar News Agency on Sunday, January 28th, which is under the management of the Taliban group, supports this claim.

According to Takal, the Taliban group has adopted an “economy-oriented” policy in the past two years, adjusting its relations with countries accordingly. This official of the Taliban group stated that their foreign policy is based on a balanced approach, taking into consideration the political and economic situation of the region and the world.

Despite this assertion, it is important to note that the presence of representatives from the Taliban group in Afghanistan embassies abroad has not been confirmed by most countries, except for a few such as Iran, Pakistan, China, Russia, and some Central Asian countries.

Currently, the affairs of Afghanistan embassies abroad are primarily handled by the envoys of the previous government, who have not recognized the representatives of the Taliban group. While the Taliban claims to have established contact with 40 Afghanistan embassies abroad, there is limited confirmation of their presence in these diplomatic missions.
